WORKSHOPS & CEREMONIES
Spring is a time of rebirth, renewal, regeneration, and growth. In this one-day retreat, we will make ceremony to honor the Earth for her gifts of creation and life, journey with a shamanic walking ritual through the beautiful private nature trail of The Sound Retreat, make space for transformation in our bodies with a sacred yoga workshop, and close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath.
CEREMONY

We will be making ceremony all day, honoring Mother Earth and Spirit. In ceremony, we create intentional space for deep connection and healing. Ceremony creates a sacred and safe space for us to channel wisdom and guidance for our highest good and work with reverence for the natural world.
SHAMANIC WALKING RITUAL

Walk through the forest and enter a spiritual reality where you can safely receive healing and wisdom, connect with your guides or spirit teachers, and make contact with your soul. On this sacred walk, you will nurture your connection with the Divine, your intuition and your ability to heal yourself and others through your connection with the natural and Spirit world. Lizzy is a trained shamanic practitioner and will be your guide.
SACRED YOGA WORKSHOP

Our bodies hold on to so much of our day-to-day experience. Unplug, unwind and connect to your inner landscape through an hour long restorative workshop. This workshop will go deep within your body to release old tension and stagnant energy in order to create softness, space, and room for growth and transformation. Charlotte has her 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification and specializes in teaching a dynamic vinyasa class that melts into a grounding flow of forward folds and relaxing restorative poses. Open and safe for all levels.
SOUND BATH

Tracey Kroll, owner of The Sound Retreat, will join us to add another element to the day, offering a sound bath. Let the healing frequencies penetrate your mind, body and soul, harmonizing, relaxing and rejuvenating your entire being.
PERSONALIZED HEALING SUPPORT AND ZOOM CALL

Each participant will receive personal healing support during the workshop including energy alignments and balancing, Reiki, support to clear or remove blocks, Oracle card readings and a 30-minute one-on-one Zoom call post workshop with Lizzy or Charlotte to process and integrate the retreat.
