We can heal our minds with the art of meditation and the practice of writing.
Meditation is the act of radically healing mind with stillness and slowness. It is the natural remedy for the busyness of our every day lives. It is what it feels like to come home to yourself, to enter the sacred space inside your own bones.
Similarly, when we write our stories from the place of the empowered narrative, we recreate the cosmology of our lives. We create community and connection with all versions of ourselves- past, present, and future - as well as others on the same journey as us.
Learn to heal through the depth and slowness of self-exploration:
meditation.
Meditation can take many shapes and forms, and is taught through many diverse spiritual lineages. The meditation I teach is based in intuition, deep connection with our inner selves and the spirit world. I provide guided meditations with deep visualization and personalized to each individual or group healing experience.

Some tools I work with in meditation include: restorative shapes, pranayama, chakra work, spirit guide work, highest-self visualization, guided imagery and much more.

Whether you are a professional writer, a daily journaler, or haven't picked up a pen in ten years. We have the power to shift our state of mind through the written word. Have you ever considered what it feels like to find your voice in writing, or to challenge yourself to deeply reflect on your life experiences? It's not about being good or trying hard, it's about just starting.
I believe that writing is both an individual and a community experience which is why I offer both solo healing through writing support and safe space writing groups that help us move through the nitty gritty and support one another on our journeys.
